With Pam Whitman you will be guided to easy goal setting, stress reduction, assessment, and a modeled support structure. For further support and growth there is a reference library, a coordinated list of Brain Gym® Courses, Personal Growth Workshops, and structured systems for personal discovery and for tracking progress.

Pam has a program of workshops for personal development, claiming self-responsibility and independence. There is a series of workshops and presentation for Creative Resiliency: Whole Brain Dynamics Bridging the Gap - Bringing Neuroscience into Real Life Applications. Pam is a licensed instructor of Brain Gym 101, and certifed instructor of Optimal Brain Organization, Vision Circles, and Speaking Circles.
